The group covers registration, hotel, gas, and three of the four meals (Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, and Sunday breakfast at Kona Kitchen — optional). Bring money for Sunday's lunch — your small group picks a spot near Pike Place — plus any personal extras.

  • ASCEND event registration
  • Hotel stay — La Quinta Lynnwood, Saturday night
  • Transportation & gas
  • Saturday lunch — Sizzle & Crunch (Bellevue)
  • Saturday dinner — Chick-fil-A (Lynnwood)
  • Sunday breakfast — Kona Kitchen (Lynnwood) — optional; covered for anyone who comes

$ What to bring money for

  • Sunday lunch — your small group picks a spot near Pike Place; on you. Budget ~$15–25.
  • Saturday lunch upgrade (optional) — the group covers Sizzle & Crunch, but Din Tai Fung is across the street if you want to splurge. That one is on you.
  • Snacks & coffee — gas station stops on the way out and back
  • Shopping — ASCEND merchandise, souvenirs, anything at Pike Place or Bellevue Square
  • Offerings — a few dollars for the collection basket at Latin Mass and St. James
  • Suggested amount — $40–60 in personal spending money, depending on how much extra you want
Payment status

The big stuff is covered.

Registration, hotel, gas, and three meals (Sat lunch, Sat dinner, Sun breakfast) are paid for by the group. The only out-of-pocket items are Sunday lunch (your small group picks a spot near Pike Place) and any personal extras (snacks, merch, offerings).
